The rules, in order
- One tile on the board wears a blue ring. Only its row and its column can move.

- Anything that leaves an edge re-enters from the opposite edge on the same move.
- Three tiles of the same value filling a complete row or column fuse into a single tile in the middle cell, worth three times as much. Two matching tiles side by side do nothing.
- Your goal is a 243 tile within 99 moves. Nothing on the board climbs higher, so 243 ends the run.
The value ladder
Every merge triples the value, so the ladder is short and it is the whole game:

Tips for winning
- Watch where the ring lands. Every spin carries it with the tile it sits on, so plan two moves ahead, not one.
- Park your highest tile in a line you are not about to spin. A tile you keep moving is a tile you keep breaking up.
- The centre cell is shared by the middle row and the middle column, which makes it the easiest square to complete a line through.
- New 3 tiles appear in empty cells. Leaving one or two empties open is how you keep getting material to work with.
- A spin that changes nothing still costs you nothing — but a spin that scatters a nearly-finished line costs you several moves.
